Class Types


Our circuit classes are a combination of strength training and cardio achieved through functional fitness using machines and equipment. We will move around the gym through 10 – 16 stations.

Raise The Bar

The class focus changes from week to week to target different muscle groups and skills using barbells, pull ups, toes to bar and other functional movements learned in the barbell on-boarding program.

Lift - Workout With Weights

This strength focused class uses dumbbells and takes you through a whole body workout. Sets, reps and tempo help slow this class down in order to work on proper technique, form and getting stronger. No cardio class.


This class is a combination of strength training and cardio achieved through functional fitness. Dumbbells, kettlebells, wall balls and cardio. It’s you against yourself! This workout is either timed circuits with little rest or time capped.

Power Hour

This class takes it up a notch with strength training, cardio, and sweat. You will leave feeling accomplished and ready to take on your weekend. This class, considered the most intense one of the week, is a great way to start your weekend. Every Saturday class will be different. AMRAP’S, chippers, EMOM’s….. Show up for class and be surprised. Your choice of barbells or dumbbells will be used in this workout to allow all members to participate.


This HIIT (high intesity interval training) class is quick, intense and will keep your heart rate up the whole time. There’s no stopping once we start! Modifications and low impact options provided as needed.


Learn proper warm up techniques to do prior to your game, build strength, agility and power and learn how to stretch and recover so you are ready for your next game. Our sessions run every 4 weeks. *Designed specifically for those who play PB.

Warm Yoga & Stretch

This class is the perfect addition to your weekly fitness classes. Adding stretches, mobility and yoga will help with your recovery and balance your mind & body.

Youth Fitness

This 45 minute class focuses on strength, endurance, agility and coordination through fun group games, relays, skills & drills.

Seniors 60+

Geared specifically for those 60+, our classes are designed to build strength, focus on core and balance with the right amount of cardio for your cardiovascular health.
